Essex Community Players invite you to be a member of our “live studio audience” when we bring Philip Grecian’s stage adaptation of Frank Capra’s, IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE to Essex Memorial Hall, December 1-3 and 8-10!
WONDERFUL LIFE is the beloved holiday story of George Bailey, the everyman from the small town of Bedford Falls, whose dreams of escape and adventure have been quashed by family obligation and civic duty, and whose guardian angel has to descend on Christmas Eve to save and from despair, and to remind him–by showing him what the world would have been like had he never been born–that his has been, after all, a wonderful life!
IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE, THE RADIO PLAY runs December 1-3 and December 8-10 at Memorial Hall, 5 Towers Road in Essex. Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30 and Saturday and Sunday Matinees at 2:00.
Tickets ($18 regular price and $16 for children/students and seniors) are available here at the Players’ website now!
Our “Essex Gives Back” charity for this performance is Aunt Dot’s Place, Essex’s newest food shelf.
From the Essex Players to you and yours–Merry Christmas!
